Mānuka honey is unique to New Zealand. It has a stronger flavor profile than our clover and wildflower honey, so is often taken in smaller amounts or medicinally in drinks and tinctures.

Kānuka honey is the new kid in town! This superfood contains strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties similar to it’s close relative Mānuka. It’s flavour is sweet floral with a touch of butterscotch – perfect to eat straight from the spoon.

Wildflower honey is just that – wild. Nectar is gathered by our furry friends from red and white clover, chicory, dandelion, buttercup, fruit trees (such as plums, apples, peaches & pears), herbs like rosemary and thyme, roses, flax, gorse and blackberry. They will also gather from a wide variety of native tree flowers such as rata, hoheria, five finger, tawa and lemonwood.

Clover honey is well known as the bread-and-butter of honey production in Aotearoa. Lightly coloured with a delicate flavor. Our local organic farmer grows paddocks of clover and our bees just love it.
